The new building is located in the heart of the spa, on the bank of the river Teplá, within arm’s reach of the theatre, in the estate area of luxury hotels (the Pupp is only a few hundred metres away), 1-minute walk from the Sprudel Geyser colonnade.

After a well-prepared project preparation, the construction was commenced in 2007 by the company BAU-STAV a.s. and it will be finished in 2010. Poly-functional developer project Rýnský dvůr has been designed as a construction of five seven-storey buildings with an original facade.

The comfort of prospective apartment proprietors will be ensured by the underground parking space that is part of the object (including the preparation for a car lift and parking space on the next floor). One part of the service will be a reception desk with a security guard.
