Rýnský dvůr: a new building in the best place in Karlovy Vary

Polyfunctional developer project Rýnský dvůr has been designed as a complex of five seven-storey buildings with an original facade.

In the frame of the project, 39 luxury apartments will be offered. It is to be finished by summer 2010.

The new building is located (location) in the heart of the spa, on the bank of the river Teplá, within arm’s reach of the theatre, in the estate area of luxury hotels (the Pupp is only a few hundred metres away), 1-minute walk from the Sprudel Geyser colonnade. At the moment, there is no other newly-built apartment building in a better and more luxurious place in Karlovy Vary!

Quality construction by BAU-STATUS a.s. (Ltd.)

The company BAU-STAV a.s., a prominent construction company in the Karlovy Vary region, was chosen as the building constructor. It is a holder of certificates ISO 9001:2001 and ISO 14001:2005.

At the moment (May 2009), monolith construction work is going on and the construction of walls and columns. The uderground floor with parking space has already been finished.
